Automated LDPE Bag Packaging System
A packaging line that takes pre-counted components, feeds them through a hopper, and automatically handles, fills and heat-seals LDPE bags with linear transfer between stations.
Robotic Laser Marking & Vision Inspection System
Rotary indexing table handles non-stop load/unload. A robot picks parts to a pre-mark vision inspection station, then to laser marking with a PLC handshake, then to post-mark OCR/OCV validation before auto OK/NG sorting.
Camshaft Handling & Inline Contactless Gauging System
An overhead X-Z gantry handles load/unload with automatic door and cycle-start integration. Contactless gauging measures OD, circularity and cylindricity inline at approximately 6 seconds per component with data logging.
Valve Assembly & Leak Testing System
Tandem-station fixture loading, automated pin insertion, spring placement and sub-assembly on an indexed transfer, followed by an inline leak test at approximately 15 PSI with auto OK/NG segregation at roughly 60 seconds per valve.
