Machine Tending
Automated loading/unloading for CNC, VMC and press machines, built for continuous operation.
Machine-tending cells free skilled operators from repetitive load/unload work and stabilize cycle time across shifts. We integrate with your CNC/VMC controller for door-open, cycle-start and part-ready handshakes; feed the robot from bins, magazines or conveyors; and add post-process inspection where required.
What we build
- Robot cells for CNC turning, VMC and press machines

FAQs
Will you retrofit our existing CNC?
Yes — most modern CNCs have an M-code interface for robotic tending; older machines can be added with a small I/O module.
How much throughput improvement can we expect?
Typically 20–40% depending on operator utilization today; more importantly, cycle stabilizes across shifts.
What about part quality drift?
Add inline gauging to trigger tool-offset compensation or reject the part.
