Assembly Automation
Semi & fully automatic assembly lines with Poka-Yoke error-proofing and process control.
Assembly automation is where SPM meets process discipline. Each station is engineered for correct-by-construction assembly: sensors confirm presence and orientation before the operation runs, torque and force are recorded per part, and any deviation triggers OK/NG segregation with traceable serial data.
What we build
- Semi-auto assembly stations (operator + machine)
- Fully automatic indexing assembly lines
- Torque-controlled fastening with data capture
- Pin/bush press-fit with force–distance monitoring
- Automatic feeders (vibratory bowl, step, centrifugal)
- OK/NG segregation with barcode/serial traceability
Key features
- Poka-Yoke at every station
- Force–distance / torque–angle monitoring
- Per-part serial traceability
- Recipe management for variants
- Modular for future stations
- Operator-friendly HMI
Applications
- Sub-assembly
- Fastener assembly
- Bearing press-fit
- Valve assembly
- Electronic assembly
Our process
- Assembly flow & DFMA review
- Station design with Poka-Yoke
- Build, integrate, validate
- FAT with your parts, then SAT
FAQs
Do you support MES integration?
Yes — we push part data (serial, torque, force, OK/NG) via OPC UA or a REST endpoint to your MES.
How are variants handled?
Barcode-triggered recipe change; fixtures and tools are quick-change.
What throughput can you deliver?
Depends on cycle target — we've delivered ~60 s/valve and ~6 s/component on different applications.
