Solution
Robotic Automation
Robot cells integrated with fixtures and process tooling for handling, assembly and palletizing.
We integrate 6-axis and SCARA robots into complete process cells — not just the arm. Payload and reach are sized to the part; EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) is designed for grip reliability; motion is optimized so cycle time is not lost between picks. Cells are delivered with safety perimeter, vision, and PLC handshake to upstream/downstream equipment.
What we build
- 6-axis articulated and SCARA robot cells
- Custom EOAT: multi-finger grippers, vacuum, magnetic, servo-driven
- Pick-and-place, machine-tending, assembly and palletizing cells
- Rotary or shuttle infeed/outfeed for non-stop loading
- Vision-guided pose correction
- Full safety architecture (Cat 3 / PLd where required)
Key features
- Robot selected by payload, reach and cycle
- EOAT designed in-house for your part

FAQs
Which robot brands do you integrate?
ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki and Universal Robots — chosen by process fit, not brand loyalty.
Do you design the gripper?
Yes. EOAT is designed in-house per part; we manufacture and validate it before integration.
Can the robot cell talk to my existing line PLC?
Yes — Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT or discrete I/O handshakes; we align with your plant standard.
