Frequently Asked Questions.
What is your typical project timeline?
Concept to commissioning is typically 3–6 months for a mid-complexity SPM, 6–12 months for a robotic assembly line — driven by cycle-time targets, fixturing complexity and long-lead components.
Do you support installation abroad?
Yes. We handle export documentation, sea/air freight, on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. Machines are engineered in line with CE safety principles where required.
Which PLC platforms do you work with?
Beckhoff, Siemens (S7-1200 / S7-1500), Mitsubishi (Q / FX). We match your plant standard rather than ours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — mutual NDAs are standard at first technical discussion.
What after-sales support is included?
Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months. AMC options cover preventive maintenance, spares, remote diagnostics and on-site support.
Can you upgrade existing machines?
Yes — retrofits for controls, safety, vision or additional stations are a significant part of our work.
What information do you need for a quote?
Part drawings/samples, target cycle time, expected volumes, plant utilities and any preferred plant standard (PLC, safety category).
Do you build to CE / international safety standards?
Yes — designs align with CE safety principles (Machinery Directive, EN ISO 13849 categories) when the destination requires it.
What industries do you serve?
Automotive, FMCG, Electronics, Pharma & Medical Devices, and General Engineering — see the Industries section.
How do FAT and SAT work?
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) runs at Maxtronn against a documented protocol with your parts; SAT (Site Acceptance Test) repeats it after installation at your plant.
